To exchange or refund an item within the 14 days period, please contact Online Customer Service through our page on Facebook share with them all information about what items you need to exchange or refund. We will send the courier prior to contacting us.

The shipping cost will be deducted from the original amount and the amount will be refunded via a bank account number or Fawry within 24-36 hours of the refund process. Or you can exchange or refund through our stores.

For exchange or refund the item has to be approved that it is in the same condition as supplied and in their original packaging with the attached barcode label.
